WHAT YOU
NEED TO KNOW

IF YOU ONLY READ ONE THING, READ THIS...
1
Win any medal at the 2022 National Championships and you will be eligible for the U.S. National Team Trial.

Be ranked #1 in the U.S. National Rankings after the conclusion of the 2022 National Championships and you will qualify for the Team Trial.

All Team Trial qualified athletes will be invited to train at their Regional Academy to get ready for the Trial (not mandatory).

Results and rankings as of July 31, 2022 will be used to determine Team Trial Qualified athletes.

Team Trials are GUARANTEED in these divisions. Dominant Athletes earn an advantage in the Trial, not an automatic National Team spot.

TO TEAM TRIALS!
WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

The Team Trial for these Divisions will take place at the U.S. Grand Prix Final in September 2022.

The four qualified athletes will Fight Off for the honor of being named U.S. National Team Member in their division.

The successful athlete will hold the title until the next Team Trial in September 2023, and will be invited to train with the Regional Academy.

The National Team Alternate will be the athlete who loses the Team Trial Final match. They will hold that position until the next Team Trial in September '23.
